Class Descriptions
Machine Classes: Offered in a semi-private format, 6 machines available per class, which is why we need you to sign-up in advance! The GTS, Gravity Training System, is a cross between the Total Gym (Chuck Norris style) and Pilates Reformer. You can choose from Level 1 – Level 8 depending on how difficult you want to make your workout. Get a full body workout in 60 minutes! Appropriate for ALL Levels, beginner to advanced. In these highly specialized classes, options are given for each level based on ability or modified for the client’s restrictions.
So you really want to work out the kinks? Good choice. Our highest intensity class will include cardio, strength, core, legs, arms, and quick transitions.
Start with the basics. Learn the GTS and how to transition smoothly. This class moves at a slower pace, and is great for rehabilitation purposes or for those who are just getting started on their fitness journey. Seniors 60+ are welcome!
Similar to Pilates Reformer. Levels 1 – 5 for less resistance. Focus on small muscles, full range of motion, and core engagement.
Do you know you need to stretch, but don’t want to be on the floor or want something different than yoga? This is the perfect class to stretch the entire body in 45-minutes while on the GTS machine. Afterwards you will feel more open and relaxed after stretching hamstrings, quads, calves, shoulders, chest, spinal twists, and much more.
Mat Classes:
Start with the fundamentals of mat work. In this class you will learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. A heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level. After class you will feel inches taller and walk with more ease and lightness.
