Welcome to the Gentle Yogilates Online Course!

There is nothing better than a fusion of Yoga + Pilates. This Course is so Gentle, that it doesn’t even require you to stand up. That’s right, prepare to tone your entire body and feel better every single class.

Yogilates stands for Yoga + Pilates. I added the word Gentle, because it’s a class for Beginner’s and All-Ages. All you need for this course is a mat. No equipment is required. Each video is around 40-minutes long, so it’s perfect to squeeze in during your busy days. These videos are yours forever to keep. Unlimited streaming so you can watch them as many times as you would like. I will continue to add classes in the future. 

The intention of the Gentle Yogilates Online Course is for you to enjoy movement again! You will feel longer, stronger, and more present after completing each class. The Yoga aspect of the classes will help you tune into your breath, and drop your body into a relaxed state. The Pilates portion will be sure to wake up your core, strengthen your hips, and improve your posture. You are going to love this course!

6 Focus Practices

Class 1 (41 Minutes): Begin this course with a class that gives you all the basics for the rest of the Course.

Class 2 (44 Minutes): This class requires a bit more core work, added hamstring stretches (you may want a strap if yours are really tight), and some prone (which means on your belly) exercises to strengthen the entire backside of your body.

Class 3 (44 Minutes): Primarily this class focuses on the Lower Body – Hips, Hamstrings, Hip Flexors, Glutes, and IT Bands

Class 4 (44 Minutes): A Full Body class beginning with gentle twists, then leg lifts, upper back extensions, and core engagement exercises.

Class 5 (40 Minutes): It’s getting more and more challenging! But you can do it! I introduce some new core and hip strengthening exercises in this video. You will love it!

Class 6 (42 Minutes): Get ready for a challenging practice that includes several hip stretches, core work, side stretches, and twists. You are going to feel great afterwards!
